Vanmosa Properties is a local real estate company headquartered in Vancouver, BC.
Our name Vanmosa proudly outlines our roots in Vancouver, the most beautiful city on the west coast of North America, and Formosa, the name given by 16th century Portuguese explorers upon the discovery of Taiwan, signifying “the beautiful island”.
We focus on providing new housing options in desirable neighbourhoods across Metro Vancouver. Working closely with our team of designers and builders, we strive to create beautiful spaces that allow the occupants to grow their roots and create lifelong memories.
We value the relationships with those who we work with and we adopt a win-win philosophy in working with our team of designers, consultants, contractors, brokers, as well as the tenants of our residential and commercial properties.
Kevin Yang
After graduating from UBC Accounting in 2008 and designating as a Chartered Accountant in 2011, Kevin became an avid learner of real estate investing and began honing his craft in finance and accounting toward real estate development in 2013.
Prior to starting Vanmosa Properties, Kevin has served as the director of finance for a residential developer as well as the senior development analyst for a commercial developer with +300M in total asset size.
In addition to overseeing the daily business activities, Kevin primarily specializes in project acquisition and financing. He also works closely with a team of general contractors and consultants on the design, municipality approval processes, construction, as well as the completion and delivery of the company’s on-going projects.
